The award winning blue flag beach at Santa Eulalia and golden sandy beach of Praia da Oura are both just a short walk away, and offer water sports such as water skiing, pedal boats and restaurants and bars. Also within easy walking distance is 'The Strip', where there is a fabulous choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for anyone looking for great night-life without being in the middle of the action.

The complex set over three floors offers a large outdoor pool (18m x 7m) and a separate children's pool, all surrounded by a terrace and grass area to relax in. The complex is fully enclosed with automatic gates.

This two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is located on the second floor. It is extremely well equipped and is modern and brightly furnished. The apartment is air conditioned throughout has WiFi and features a large private terrace.

Double patio doors lead out to a small terrace and a further door leads to a fabulous larger terrace which houses a brick built barbeque, large table and chairs, sun beds and boasts great views out across the complex pool and gardens to the ocean. This area is for the private use of this apartment.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped for all you will need during your stay, including a seating area and an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Double patio doors lead out to a small balcony with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the pool view.
