3 Bedroom Townhouse With Sea Views In Albufeira Within Walking Distance To The Beach & Restaurants

Amazing apartment, pictures don't do it justice. Quiet location, but within walking distance of some lovely bars/restaurants. Very close to the beach also. The old town and the strip are both only a very short/cheap taxi journey, but you'll be happy enough sitting by the pool most days. 4 of us stayed here and we had plenty of room, never felt like we were on each others toes! I would highly recommend this apartment, and I'd happily stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great location, 10 mins to new town, 15 mins walk along the beach to old town. Villa was beautiful in a quiet location, lovely pool. Very clean. Great hosts !!! Highly recommend

Accommodation was perfect,4 adults 1 infant and was lots of space in the house. Back garden to pool was private and quiet.

Perfect! Our family of 5 loved this places. Having a pool and parking was really nice. We did find the pool cold but that was likely because we visited in late May/early June. The building was clean and in great condition. There is a large grocery store (Pingo Doce) 10mins walk and the beach is 5mins walk down the hill. The beach was clean and had lifeguards on duty. Old town Albufeira was a nice 20mins walk down the beach. The Strip (clubs & restaurants) was 10mins walk. It was really central but far enough away to be quiet at night. We can't wait to return.

Stunning property- the pictures don't do it justice! The house is great for our 2 families and the complex is nice and quiet. The rental agency are lovely - the ladies are both from England and very attentive sorting whatever we needed before including a cot and beach towels. The location is perfect between the old and new town (10/15 min walk to both or 5 euro taxi or tourist train). However there's a small strip of bars and little shops by the Monica Isabel Hotel 5 mins walk and at the bottom of that hill is also a lovely beach with more bars. We eat locally at Stews and More and Uzonj...both a 5 min walk. So much to explore if you have a car too. Though car not needed as the tourist train stop is 2 mins away and lots of little shops. Only thing is house wasn't that toddler or elderly friendly with large marble stairs and tricky handrails. Shower was also over the bath so hard for elderly to get in. But we were expecting that and worked around it. Overall we were very pleased and would love to return.

What a perfect stay. Spent 8 nights at Forte Atlantico and it is perfectly situated in between the Old & New Town. The process of booking and our arrival and departure went so smoothly and we could not have asked for better. The house is lovely and spacious has everything you need including very comfortable beds ☺ would not hesitate to book with you again the the service with Rent Villas Algarve is superb!! Beautiful villa/complex. Perfect location between both old and new town.

Sharon & Carol could not do enough for us and certainly made the whole process of booking etc hassle free, even arranging transfers to and from airport and contacting us when there was a delay at airport to check everything was ok and liaising with transfer company on our behalf.

We had two townhouses overlooking the pool and I can honestly say they were the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. They were clean and so spacious and we literally had the pool on our doorstep. I would highly recommend the accommodation.

Lovely place, plenty of room, everything you need in a great location. We loved the garden and pool area. Will definitely be back on our return to Albuferia.

We had the most amazing stay. it's perfect location for the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. we have 4 children all of different ages. from age 3-17 and they all had such a wonderful time. so much to do for all ages, perfect location. so peaceful, but so central. The accommodation was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Such a lovely pool and garden area too. we can't wait to come back!

What an amazing place to stay. As described in the description. We were delayed by a few hours and didn't get to the house until after 1am. They met us there and showed us around and also picked up a few essentials for us (very kind and much appreciated!) pool was great. Perfect as about 10 steps from the end of the garden. 5 mins walk to the beach (bit of a steep slope on the way back) and 10-15 min walk to old town. Tip is head back along the beach and avoid the long steep road on the way back. Great food nearby (Fat Cat bar recommended for big portions and tasty food - fish & chips and piri piri chicken were delicious). Everything in the house we needed - kitchen well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher etc - air con was a godsend! All in all a great place for a relaxing break.

Brilliant family holiday in Albufeira. Accommodation was superb. If anything the pictures do not do it justice. Met at the townhouse in person and the girls looking after our stay were fantastic help all throughout.
The house was perfectly clean. Well stocked with all the items we needed. Towels were handy. Loads of cutlery and glasses. Outside beds were comfortable and the pool area was immaculate.
Surrounding area was nice and quiet. A walk to the old and new town was handy or a quick Uber away. Loads of beaches close by.
Transfer arranged to and from Airport relieved stress.

Fantastic stay.
The villa is located in a great spot. 10 minutes walk to the old town or supermarket and only 5 minutes to the beach. The villa is well equipped internally and externally. The garden area is well maintained with 6 loungers and cushions, parasol and gas BBQ. This looks onto the pool area and is located close to the children's pool.
We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.
