Luxury Villa In Santa Eulalia With Sea Views, Short Walk To Beaches And Restaurants Of Albufeira

A luxury villa situated in a prime cliff top location with fabulous views over the ocean. The villa, which can sleep up to 16 people, enjoys a tranquil setting and yet is only a few minutes walk from the beach of Praia da Oura and Praia dos Bicos and the bars and restaurants of the lively Praia d'Oura area of Albufeira.

The villa has Wi-Fi throughout and Air conditioning in the open plan living/ dining room and all bedrooms.

The Living Areas

A spacious open plan living/ dining room with stone flooring with full length windows to appreciate the far reaching sea views. It is furnished with comfortable sofas, dining area and a card table.

There is a separate TV area with a log fire and Smart TV, where you can access your Netflix account whilst on holiday as well as having the Lazer cable TV channels including many English speaking channels provided.

In the middle of the villa there is an open courtyard garden area, allowing more light to flood through the house.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an American fridge freezer; microwave; two ovens; gas hobs; food processor; dishwasher; toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

Next to the kitchen is a breakfast room with an additional fridge freezer and access to the inner courtyard garden.

There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the second floor of the property, is an office area and a separate room that is perfect for massages. You can access a large roof top terrace with wonderful views down to the garden and ocean. 

On the lower ground floor level you have access to a games room with a pool table, a Gym equipped with running machine, excercise bike, workbench and weights and shower room, which houses the washing machine. 

The Bedrooms

On the first floor of the villa there are four en suite double rooms:

The Master bedroom has a TV and an en suite shower room with a hydro massage shower. Doors lead to the shared first floor terrace which has a beautiful sea view.

Bedroom two on the first floor has an en suite bathroom, and bedroom three has an en suite shower room with dual wash basins and a hairdryer.

Double bedroom four is accessed via an exterior passageway and has an en suite shower room and doors to the terrace shared with the Master bedroom.

There are 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor with a sharing bathroom, which connects the two rooms. One of the bedrooms has a TV and a DVD player. Each bedroom has twin beds with pull out beds underneath therefore being able to accommodate up to 4 children per room.

NEW for 2024 - There is a newly appointed 7th bedroom that can be made available on the lower ground floor allowing the villa to accommodate an extra 2 people. Please note, nightly supplements apply to more than 12 guests occupying the villa. 

Outside Areas

The outside area of this villa is stunning, with fantastic sea views which can be enjoyed from the lawn gardens or from the wooden decking pool area with a heated Jacuzzi, swimming pool (heating available) measuring approximately 10 metres x 6 metres and patio furniture. There is also a shaded dining area with a charcoal BBQ and sea views.
