As soon as you enter this stunning property through the Italian vaulted doors, into the spacious, open plan living room with 180° Ocean views, the quality of the furnishings is apparent.

Plenty of seating is provided with a large semi-circular sofa, dining table and baby Grande piano. The living area has a large TV with international channels, Blue Ray and Bose surround sound system.

Floor to ceiling patio doors surround the living room and open out to a large covered terrace, wrapping around the side of the property and furnished with more seating, a large dining table and Gas BBQ all enjoying the magnificent views to the ocean.

The spacious kitchen has been designed to comprise the latest in technology with an inside breakfast bar and grill facility. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge and an American fridge/freezer, 4 wine coolers, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven, steam oven, electric oven, large stove with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juice maker and Nespresso coffee machine.

Adjacent to the open plan living/dining area is a double bedroom suite with a walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom has extensive views to the sea beyond the upper lawn.

Lower Ground Floor

With direct access out to the pool and garden area is the social/entertainment area, with comfortable seating, TV with international channels, DVD player and Bose sound surround with Ipod connection. This area also has a full size pool table and bar (in the bar area is a small kitchen with fridge freezer and ice maker) There is a utility room with 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers.

This two level building has a contemporary lounge area and bar, with a covered terrace overlooking the pool area and enjoying stunning sea views from its first floor position. This area has a plasma TV with cable TV channels, DVD player and Bose sound system. 

On the lower ground floor, there are 3 en suite bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other two with double beds. All the bedrooms have a TV and are designed beautifully and individually.

Outside Areas

Step outside to the pool area and discover the classically designed rectangular 16x6m salt water infinity pool constructed using the finest Italian Bisazza tiles shimmering in the sun. The swimming pool is heated and has a motorized cover.

Rest awhile at the pool bar on the underwater bar stools or unwind in the poolside Jacuzzi. 
Plenty of sunbeds are available as well as 2 double beds, one with a permanent shade. Extensive wood decking provides more than enough lounging space set in mature gardens with manicured lawns. From the garden, a footpath leads directly down to the local beach.

Please note - The villa is located at the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean and the boundaries of the property are on the cliff edge, for security reasons guests are advised not to step outside of the fenced area.

On the edge of the cliff there is a public narrow path, occasionally intrepid tourists may walk pass.
