A small private complex ideally situated on a quiet road close to Praia da Oura in Albufeira. The award-winning blue flag beach at Santa Eulalia and golden sandy beach of Praia da Oura are both just a short walk away, and offer water sports such as water skiing, pedal boats and restaurants and bars. Also within easy walking distance is 'The Strip', where there is a fabulous choice of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. The location is ideal for anyone looking for great nightlife without being in the middle of the action.
The complex set over three floors offers a large outdoor pool (18m x 7m) and a separate children's pool, all surrounded by a terrace and grass area to relax in. The complex is fully enclosed with automatic gates.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the second floor. It is well equipped and brightly furnished. The apartment has Fibre Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout and features a large private roof top terrace.
The Living Areas
The open plan living area is spacious and comfortably furnished.
The lounge has a sofa with a sofa bed that can sleep an
additinal person, TV with a selection of
English-speaking cable channels, fast Fibre Wi-fi and a dining
table with six chairs.
The kitchen area is well equipped with all you will need for your self-catering holiday, including a seating area, an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and filter coffee machine. Patio doors lead out to a small balcony with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the peaceful views at the front of the complex.
An additional door in the living area takes you out to a spacious and private rooftop terrace, fully quipped with a BBQ, sunbeds and dining furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun and dining al fresco.
The Bedrooms
The master bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening to a stand on balcony. The en suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
Bedroom two is a twin with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to a small balcony.
Bedroom two has use of the adjacent bathroom located in the hallway of the apartment with a bath and overhead shower.
Please note:
There is the option of renting Apt S in this complex as well, which is located next to this apartment and offers the same accommodation, ideal for larger parties and extended families wanting to be near each other yet with their own space.
There are no lifts in this complex.

What is Included in the Holiday Price
PLEASE NOTE: In May 2024 Albufeira introduced a Tourist tax payable between 1st April and 31st October. The tax is applicable to visitors of 13 years of age and over and is charged at 2 euros per person for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This Tax will be collected before your arrival via a secure payment link we will send to you.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Rent Villas Algarve. The only glitch was the space was not cleaned when we arrive. Sharon was very apologetic and left three bottled of wine for our troubles. The unit was clean and well kept. Location was good. When we requested beach towels and garbage bags they where delivered promptly. We would highly recommend this condo unit. Sharon the property manager was excellent to deal with.
Great apartment within walking distance to the beach and restaraunts. The hosts were very responsive and were on hand to help with anything throughout the stay. Would highly recommend!

Excellent apartment everything you could wish for and sun all day long on roof terrace home from home in our opinion great location and not too far from the strip just a little hill to go up from the apartment to shops will definitely use again hosts where in contact incase you needed them and responded straight away
A lovely spacious apartment with a great private rooftop terrace, perfect for sitting out with a barbecue area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a stress free break.
Nice apartment near the beaches of Albufeira, restaurants and shops, but outside of the main street which gives it a much appreciated privacy. It has all the comforts, including a pool or a huge terrace to enjoy with family and friends.

My husband and I has the pleasure of staying at this
beautiful apartment in October this year. It is located down a
quiet road very close to new town strip and within walking distance
of everything.
The apartment is in a complex with a lovely pool and gardens.
On arrival we were met by Sharon from Rent Villas who let us in and
gave us a detailed guided tour of the interior, exterior and pool
area. There was also an excellent information booklet/folder for
guests to read, we have stayed in around 20 different private
rentals in Albufeira and this was the most informative we have
seen.
Apartment tastefully and modernly decorated with a high end
and well equipped kitchen, 2 very large bedrooms both with juliet
balconies and 2 large bathrooms. Lovely attention to detail
throughout and a real home from home experience.
Kitchen, lounge and dining area are open plan, large TV, and
a long front terrace overlooking road. Important to note the road
leads to a cul de sac so no busy traffics or noise.
Really good air con throughout and loads of books if you
enjoy lying reading in the sun.
The large terrace at the other side of living area was
amazing, loungers, table and chairs and built in bbq, fully secure,
quiet and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful
weather.
Pool area is good, lovely large pool and plenty of loungers,
we only visited once as we preferred to use our
terrace.
Complex was quiet and spotlessly clean
throughout.
Easy access to the complex and apartment. No lift but this
didn't affect our stay as the apartment was only up a few
stairs.
We received top class service from the Rent Villas team
before, after and during our stay, thank you to Sharon and
Carole.
We will most definitely be back, our favourite accommodation
to date and we have been coming 3 times a year for the past 13
years and have tried many places.

We had an excellent stay at our aparterment ,it was conveniently located to supermarkets,restuarants,bars remaining quiet with traffic.The customer service was excellent from booking through to departure ,excellent communication at all times.the apartement had everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the spacious roof terrace with barbeque,allin all would recommened it to anyone.
Second time staying at apartment R at Sao vincente. High quality accommodation, always clean. Excellent facilities with a great location. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Fat cats transfers were booked via these and arrived on time and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again next year hopefully.
Our family have been booking our Portugal hols via Rent Villas Algarve for a few years now as the level of service is second to none... from quality apartments to airport transfers, Sharon and Carol and the team sort it all and communicate along the way. We enjoyed 2021 & look forward to returning in 2022
We spent 10 days in sunny Albufeira and had a largely positive experience in our accommodation. The apartment is very spacious and bright. The bedrooms are roomy with plenty of wardrobe space. However they are also rather spartan; very little effort would make them more homely. For example a mat or two would be welcome in the master bedroom while a dressing table (and mirror?) instead of a dining table in the twin room would look much better. Bathrooms are very well appointed. English tv and improved lighting in the living room area would add to the homely feel. Air con throughout was very welcome indeed. The large terrace enjoyed sun throughout the day and we certainly availed of the privacy it offered. The location is also very good with restaurants in very close proximity. However we were disturbed quite frequently by the barking of two large dogs in a neighbouring house but unfortunately the management company can have no control over this. We were quite close to 'the strip' but, being women of a certain age, this was not for us! The 'old town' is lovely but quite a walk away...though we did it twice! While there are very nice beaches, it would have been nice to have had an esplanade so that we could have pursued our walking hobby. But you can't have everything! Sharon, from the management company, was professional, efficient and helpful throughout and it was very reassuring to have someone to contact when assistance was required. She arranged transfers to and from the airport and had lovely Emanuel greet us on our arrival and carry our cases up quite a few stairs! All in all we had a lovely time. We will return to Portugal but maybe not to Albufeira which we both felt was more geared towards the younger generation.
We booked this apartment a couple of weeks before travelling; what a great find. Perfectly situated a few minutes walk from a large well stocked InterMarche, restaurants and local shops/bus stops; easy 10 mins stroll to nearest beach and 'The Strip'. Close enough to all the 'biz' of Albufeira; but quiet in the evening/through the night. The apartment is lovely; bright and airy; spacious; spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The roof terrace is a huge bonus - it gets the sun pretty much all day; perfect for just lazing around/relaxing. The balcony just off the kitchen/lounge is great for breakfast/ lunch al fresco or just sitting with a glass of wine. The pool again is lovely and was quiet most all of our stay. We like walking in the sunshine...covered all the beaches from out at the Marina and the Old Town right out past Olhos De Agua to Praia da Falesia..you won't be disappointed by any of them...the cliff walks are well worth the effort and the views are stunning. Great customer service from start to finish from Sharon, Carol and Fiona; transfers on time and reasonably priced. Thanks again for such a great holiday.
Central location with supermarket,bars,restaurants all within easy walking distance. Two beautiful beaches 15 mins walk. Well equipped apartment with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice dining and kitchen. Best asset is the roof top terrace with 6 sun beds, bbq, and another dining area. Pool is a good size with adequate sun beds. Good service and communication from Carol who was very happy to give advice both before and during our stay.
My family and I recently spent Two weeks in the apartments. The apartment is Modern and fully equipped. It is very centrally located close to a supermarket and many restaurants. I was very impressed with the standard of the apartment and I would highly recommend it to families. It is secure and a home away from home
Our week in albufeira staying at Sao vincente apartment was lovely. Lots of nearby restaurants and friendly bars all within walking distance. The apartment was clean,spacious and comfortable. The pool was lovely and had it to myself most days. The last day was a bit less private on the roof terrace as the neighbors were having a BBQ with friends so less peaceful. However a lovely relaxing week. Would recommend this to friends.
