The Living Areas

The living area is spacious and comfortably furnished. The lounge has a large comfortable sofa which converts to a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and DVD player. There is a dining table with four chairs. Patio doors take you out to a balcony with views of the ocean. 

The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with all you will need for your holiday, including an electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, and expresso coffee machine.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom is a double room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening to a balcony with sea views.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to a small, enclosed balcony overlooking the front of the building.

A Family bathroom features a walk-in shower.

    PLEASE NOTE: In May 2024 Albufeira introduced a Tourist tax payable between 1st April and 31st October. The tax is applicable to visitors of 13 years of age and over and is charged at 2 euros per person for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This Tax will be collected before your arrival via a secure payment link we will send to you. 

    How to Book your Holiday

    A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.

    The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.

    When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
