Our villa is designed with comfort and relaxation, making it the perfect choice for families. The spacious open-plan living and dining areas feature a cozy fireplace and cable TV channels, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large, fully-equipped kitchen, features high-end appliances, a breakfast nook, and plenty of counter space to prepare meals with ease.

For added enjoyment, the villa offers a gym for staying active and a cinema room where the whole family can unwind and enjoy movies together. Additionally, with underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout, and internet access, the villa ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay all year round.

Bedrooms

The villa offers five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for complete privacy.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features two single beds that can be combined, an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a hydromassage bathtub, and a walk-in closet.

The second and third bedrooms, also on the first floor, offer either twin beds or a double bed, each with an en-suite bathroom (shower + bath).

On the ground floor, the fourth bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The fifth bedroom, located on the lower level, offers another double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Area

Step outside and discover the villa's outdoor area, perfect for families. The expansive pool area is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, with plenty of space for lounging in the sun on 12 sunbeds. Enjoy al fresco dining under the covered terrace with seating for 10 or turn on the gas BBQ for a delicious meals. The patio area, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks, adds to the serene atmosphere of the property.
