The Living Areas

When you walk through the front door you are greeted by a bright entrance hall which leads directly into the living room. To the right of the entrance hall is the spacious and modern, fully equipped kitchen. It includes a microwave, oven, gas hob, a double fridge and a double freezer, toaster, kettle, an expresso coffee machine and a Miele built in coffee machine, an air fryer, a wine cooler, and a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with seating.

The living room is furnished with a large dining table that seats eight and a wall mounted, flat screen Smart TV with a wide range of English language channels. Please bring your own Netflix, Amazon Prime etc log in codes to access these channels. Floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to fill the room and lead out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. The views from the living room are spectacular, offering a panoramic sight of the the Algarve countryside, coastline and the Atlantic ocean. The sunsets from here are stunning.

For additional relaxation and entertainment, the lower level of the villa features a second TV lounge area, a bar area, and a convenient utility room equipped with a washing machine and an extra fridge.  A guest bathroom is also located on this floor.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath and an overhead shower. Patio doors lead to a private balcony, offering breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside and the ocean.

Another set of patio doors allows access to a shared patio. A double bedroom also shares the benefits of this shared patio, providing beautiful views of the countryside and the ocean. This bedroom has direct access to a shared bathroom, which boasts a walk-in shower with double showerheads and double basins.

The twin bedroom in the villa offers a cosy and comfortable space, complete with patio doors that open to a balcony overlooking the front of the property. This bedroom also shares the shared bathroom mentioned above.

There is a fourth bedroom located on the lower level. This room features a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room with a walk-in shower.

The Outside Areas

Off the living room, is a terrace with a coffee table where you can enjoy the views of the pool and the surrounding area.

Adjacent to the patio is a covered terrace furnished with an outside dining table that can accommodate up to eight guests and a gas barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals.

The pool area is furnished with eight sun beds, two sun umbrellas and an outside shower. It is also worth noting that there are six steps leading down from the terrace to the pool area.
