A peacefully located villa in Fonte Santa with a large, enclosed garden offering plenty of  space for large groups to enjoy. Situated within walking distance of a few popular restaurants, a large supermarket and a short drive from the resorts of Quarteira, Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo. The nearest beach is 2.5km from the villa.  

This spacious villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 people and is a perfect base for a family holiday. The property has an alarm and benefits from air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. The fenced pool with cover is a great option for families with younger children and the large garden and covered outdoor BBQ area with dining is perfect for large family get togethers.

The Living Areas

A spacious living/dining room with two comfortable sofas, large dining table with 10 seats and triple patio doors that open to a covered terrace, the garden and pool areas. The large TV has many international channels. 

The adjoining room is set up with a table tennis table and bar area for your entertainment,

The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need for a self-catering villa holiday, including, a fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine and juicer.

There is an additional laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Bedrooms

On the first floor are four bedrooms.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. Patio doors open out to a large private terrace that overlooks the garden and pool area.

In addition to the master bedroom, there are two further double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. These three bedrooms share the use of a shower room located on this floor. 

Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the ground floor. One is a double room, the other is a twin room. These two bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Outside Areas

The property is set back from electric entrance gates with a large front garden and parking for numerous vehicles.

Behind the villa, the garden is split into two different levels. Straight from the property you come to a well-established garden and covered BBQ area. Tall Palm trees provide shade over the grassed area and the covered BBQ area with kitchen and dining is a real bonus space to enjoy meals with family and friends.

On the lower level, fenced off from the main garden, is the large swimming pool, measuring 12m x 6m, with a full height cover, great for cooler or rainy days out of the main season. The cover slides open for summer days. Around the pool, sun loungers are provided. There is also a pool side shower.
