4 Bedroom Villa in Quinta do Lago

A calming and tranquil villa in a fantastic location, a short few minutes' walk to the lake boardwalks at Quinta do Lago. Quinta das Salinas is an exclusive, pleasant, and quiet area centrally positioned between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, close to the Ocean and walking distance from Ancão beach and the Ria Formosa.

The property is built over two levels and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. The property has private entrance gates and parking for up to 3 cars.

The Living Areas

Living room: A large open plan room with the dining area. In this space you have 2 comfortable sofas and some small footstools. The flat screen TV has Lazer TV Channels. Two patio doors open to the terrace and pool area. In the dining space is a table and seating for 6 people. Patio doors open out to the pool/terrace area.

Kitchen: The kitchen can be accessed either via the dining area or at the end of the entrance corridor. Patio door opens to the outside BBQ area. A neutral white kitchen with quality appliances including a Nespresso Delonghi Coffee Machine, Bosch oven, Gas hob with extractor, Bosch dishwasher, toaster, juicer, hand blender and fridge. Two freezers are provided, one outside by BBQ and one in utility room along with a washing machine and dryer.

The Bedrooms

Bedrooms: 4 ensuite bedrooms with air conditioning units.

Ground floor - 2 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 can be made up as a twin or a double room, ensuite with step in shower.

Bedroom 2 is a double room and ensuite with bath containing handheld shower.

First floor - 2 bedrooms.

Master bedroom is a spacious room containing a king bed and a large ensuite with separate bath and step in shower. This room also has access to a large terrace that covers the length of the house, overlooking the pool and garden area.

Bedroom 4 has a king bed and ensuite with step in bath and step in shower and a small private terrace overlooking the front of the house.

Outside Areas

A large south facing pool (10x5m option to be heated) with growing shrubbery surrounding the perimeter. The external dining space contains a Hergom gas BBQ, with sink and freezer. Solid marble dining table for 6, wicker sofa seating and sun loungers.
