Well located within the deluxe resort of Quinta do Lago. A 15 minute walk to The Campus, 20 minute walk to Quinta shopping and 30 minute walk to The Shack and the water sports lake.
Living accommodation
The spacious and comfortable open plan living and dining room has patio doors that lead out to the large pool Terrace with stunning views to the Golfe course. There is fibre internet connection throughout the property. The TV has Cable TV with English channels.
The villa boasts a bright, fully fitted kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and all the equipment you would expect for a quality self catering villa for up to eight guests.
There is a utility Room with washing machine, Iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Sleeping accommodation
On the first floor the Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom has patrio doors that open onto 1st floor Terrace with amazing views to the Golfe course
On the ground floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom.
Bedroom 2 - with 2 single beds has an en-suite bathroom with shower and patio doors that open up to pool terrace.
Bedroom 3 - with 2 single beds, shares a bathroom with bedroom number 4 (bath and shower)
Bedroom 4 - with 1 Double bed, shares a bathroom with bedroom number 3 (bath and shower)
Outside space
Delightful pool area with gas BBQ and terrace area. The spaces are furnished with sun loungers and a dining table and chairs. Enjoy scenic views of the Golf course from the well maintained pool and garden area.

How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
