The Living Areas

Situated off the lounge is a snug TV room with sofa seating and a flat screen TV.

There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level is the utility room and cinema/games room. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, an extra American fridge freezer, and an iron and ironing board.

The cinema/games room offers a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a spacious U-shaped sofa, a pool table, and patio doors to the lower pool terrace with additional comfortable sofa seating for relaxing outside and table tennis table.

Steps lead down to the pool area, where you'll find sunbeds and a lawn area. The large swimming pool, which measures 12m x 5m, can be heated for an additional weekly supplement, and a pool cover is provided to help retain the pool temperature at night.

Private parking for up to four cars is provided at the front of the property.
