The Living Areas

The open plan family room and kitchen area with large central island and a smaller island with breakfast bar area for 4 people, is well- equipped with an American style fridge freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and gas hob. There is a host of small appliances for you to use during your self-catering holiday including an espresso coffee machine. 

Just off the kitchen, you will find the contemporary dining room with seating for 8.

Adjacent to the dining room is the main living room, with lots of comfortable seating options, a fireplace, and a plasma TV with full Sky package including sports.

On the lower level  of the property is the games room, cinema room, and laundry. 

The Cinema room with large projector screen is furnished with 4 indulgent, black, leather chairs with electric reclining functions and footstools. There is also a mini bar with sink and wine chiller cabinet.

The games room is equipped with a sofa, a pool table, rowing machine, and cycling machine.

A shower room is located on this level.

The Bedrooms

On the ground floor are two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. 

The first floor houses bedrooms three and four, and a central study room with a double sofa bed and en suite shower room that can also be used as a self-contained bedroom. 

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a sofa, plenty of fitted wardrobes, and has a Loewe Plasma TV. There are Two en-suite bathrooms, one with double sinks and bath and another with a large walk-in shower. 

Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower. This room also has a sofa, dressing table and Loewe Plasma TV.

On the lower level of the property is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a sofa, Loewe TV and en-suite bathroom.

Outside Space

One of the main features of this property is the Extra-long Swimming Pool and multiple terraces furnished with quality exterior furniture for relaxing and dining with beautiful, shaded areas. There is a covered, al fresco dining area with pergola and gas BBQ, food preparation area and sink. For the cooler evening there is an exterior fireplace surrounded by comfortable sofa seating.

Private parking for multiple cars is provided in front of the property.
