The Living Areas

On the ground floor is a spacious living room with two sets of patio doors that open out to a terrace (shared with the kitchen) and steps down to the pool and garden.

The living area is furnished with a large L shaped sofa in front of a woodburning fireplace and has a TV with many International and UK channels including Sky Sports. There is a beautiful, rustic, wooden dining table with seating for 8 people.

Next to the living room is a modern, fully equipped kitchen which includes a large American style fridge freezer (with water and ice dispenser), dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, washer/ dryer, expresso and filter coffee machines, juicer, and sandwich maker along with all the utensils and equipment required for a self-catering villa holiday. Patio doors take you out to the shared terrace with access down to the pool and garden.

The Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms located on the first floor:

The Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Patio doors open out to a private terrace with fabulous views over the pool, garden, and resort from its elevated position. Two sun loungers and parasol furnish this terrace.

Bedroom two, is a twin room with en suite shower room, patio doors open out to a private terrace.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor (up 4 steps) at the rear of the property.

The first is a King size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Patio doors take you out to a pretty garden terrace at the side of the villa.

The second bedroom is a twin room with en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony.

The large pool measuring 8m x 4m (heating available at a supplement) is surrounded by paving and a landscaped garden. The pool side is furnished with quality sun loungers. There is a table tennis table and gas barbeque for your use.
