The location is just off Quinta do Lago Estate and a few minutes drive to the Quinta do Lago beach just around the corner of IBC security office.

The property comprises 6 large bedrooms all en-suite, a large kitchen with breakfast area and a centre island, Basement annex with bed, small kitchenette, shower room and TV. Also in the basement is a Cinema room, Laundry & Gym.

The property is equipped with Fiber Internet. a Smart TV and Lazer cable TV channels. Air conditioning is provided throughout. Central heating is available for the cooler winter months (supplement applies)

The large entrance hall has a lift for access to the basement or 1st floor. The lower ground floor has a gym with doors that open up to a small living area outside and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor has four bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. It has en-suite bathroom with bath + shower and private WC. The room has access to the 1st floor terrace with sunbeds and access stairs to the pool and terraces on the ground floor. There is a small sitting area and a TV with Lazer cable channels. Also equipped with aircon and ceiling fan.

Outside Areas

A very pleasant sofa area, covered and uncovered terrace area with Sun loungers. Delightful large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Lake type swimming pool with shallow end all around and deep end in the middle. The pool has approx. 20 meters length x 8 meters wide. Down by the pool there is a Jacuzzi with sofa area + Gas fire pit + WC.
