Luxury 5 Bedroom Villa in Quinta do Lago Near San Lorenzo Golf Course

Quinta do Lago is bursting with many other sports facilities, including the recent addition, The Campus, a top-class sports hub. You can dine in one of the numerous International restaurants located throughout the resort or visit the small shopping centre "Quinta Shopping" at the entrance to the resort (approx. 4.7km from the villa) where you have a selection of boutiques as well as a well-stocked supermarket. The beautiful Quinta do Lago beach and surrounding Ria Formosa Nature reserve and the manmade Lake where you can partake in a host of water sports or dine in one of the two popular waterside restaurants, are between 2.4 and 2.9km from the villa.

This quality, three storey property has the benefit of air conditioning, Sonos speaker system and Lazer fibre internet throughout. Parking for multiple cars is provided on the gated driveway in front of the property and two electric charging points are provided.

The Living Areas

As you enter the villa you are welcomed into an elegant, full height entrance hall with beautiful staircase and landing.

Straight ahead of you is the formal lounge room furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a feature fireplace and wall mounted TV including a selection of international Lazer cable channels. Two sets of sliding patio doors open out to one of the exterior lounge seating areas overlooking the large pool and garden area.

Adjacent to the formal lounge is a spacious open plan space with an additional lounge/ TV area, dining and kitchen. 

The second TV area has a large L shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing in front of a wall mounted TV.

There is a sociable circular dining table with comfortable seating located next large central Island of the newly fitted, modern kitchen with additional breakfast bar seating. 

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with quality Siemens appliances including a large induction plate, two ovens, two fridge freezers, two dishwashers, a wine cooler and a Smeg coffee machine, plus all the usual smaller appliances you would expect from a luxury self-catering villa. Patio doors take you outside to the covered dining and exterior kitchen/bar area with 3 mini fridges and Beefeater gas BBQ.

A laundry area is located on the lower ground floor level with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The Bedrooms

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one on either side of the landing, with patio doors taking you out to a large, enclosed first floor terrace with views over the pool and garden area. 

To one side of the first floor landing is the spacious Master bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed. This room has a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

On the other side is bedroom two, a double room, with an en suite bathroom with step in shower.

Located on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, both with patio doors that lead out to the garden area. Both bedrooms have en suite bath or shower rooms.

Bedroom five is located on the lower ground floor. This is a twin room with en suite shower room. Although located on the lower ground floor, this room receives natural light from a window and has air conditioning. 

Outside Areas

Various social spaces are provided in the rear garden and terraces. A beautiful, covered terrace with wooden vaulted ceiling houses a pleasant dining area with a large wooden table and seating for the whole family. The adjacent exterior kitchen with bar and gas BBQ has plenty of preparation space to prepare for those Al Fresco meals.

The space around the large swimming pool (14m x 5m) is paved and furnished with comfortable sun loungers and seating areas. The pool can be heated (supplement applies) and has three steps to enter the pool in both the shallow and the deep ends.

Beyond the pool, there is a huge lawn area providing a lovely space for children to play surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden beds and a football goal for family fun.
