Within walking distance to Quinta shopping and the bougainvillea Plaza where you will find a choice of restaurants, shops, bars and a well-stocked supermarket.

Quinta do Lago beach is approximately 4km from the property.

The property is built over 3 levels with Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. Under floor heating is included during the cooler winter months (Oct to Apr) (except the lower ground floor). The villa benefits from a beautifully private garden and pool area and the design throughout has a Moroccan touch, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for your holiday.

The Living Areas

As you enter the villa through the double wooden front doors you are welcomed into a grand, hexagonal, double height, central hallway. There is a guest cloakroom located in the entrance hall.

Straight ahead of you is the bright and airy living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas and additional seating. There is a flat screen TV with many UK and English-speaking channels and music system. Three sets of patio doors open out to a pleasant, covered terrace, furnished with outdoor lounge furniture, and the pool and garden area.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with a large table that can seat up to 14 people. Patio doors lead out from the dining area to the shaded external dining and BBQ area of the garden.

Next to the dining room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, juicer and expresso and filter coffee machines, along with all the usual small appliances. There is an additional laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer located next to the kitchen.

On the lower level you will find the spacious TV/ games room including relaxing lounge furniture in front of a large, flat screen TV with DVD player and internet connection, Play station 3 and surround sound music system. There is a snooker table, table tennis table and football table as well as some toys and a seating area for smaller children.

The Bedrooms

On the first floor you will find two Master bedroom suites and an extensive terrace that wraps around the rear of the property, accessed by both bedrooms, each with their own private area with sun loungers.

Bedroom 4: This suite is furnished with twin beds, has a private dressing area, TV and en-suite bathroom with twin sinks and Jacuzzi bath. Two sets of patio doors lead out to the large, shared terrace with private area overlooking the garden and pool, a perfect place to have some quiet time.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1: (accessed from the kitchen) This smaller bedroom features a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. This room has an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2: This can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom, has a TV and patio doors opening out to the side garden of the property. This room has an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3: This can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom, has a TV and patio doors opening out to the pool and garden area.  This room has an en-suite shower room.

On the lower level floor there is a multi-purpose room/ 6^th bedroom, and is the perfect hang out for teenagers, being located next to the games room/TV area. This room is furnished with two single/ day beds with pull-out beds underneath, allowing 4 people to sleep here. The area has a youthful design, is furnished with relaxing puffs for seating and also has a private music system. There is a shower room located on this lower level.

Outside areas

This beautifully designed, private garden, with the sound of the cascading waterfall feature really makes for a relaxing environment on your holiday. A huge stone wall is the perfect back drop to the landscaped planting. The irregular shaped pool and separate children paddling pool is surrounded by decking and lawn and furnished with quality sun loungers and parasols. There is an exterior shower room for your use. Sitting under the shade of the large wooden pergola is a delightful dining and charcoal barbecue area with large table and comfortable seating for 12 people. A gas BBQ is also provided. There is an exterior music system with 2 speakers for you to enjoy your favourite tunes and numerous seating areas, decorated with large garden lanterns and wispy curtains,  where you can relax and enjoy the ambient that this villa provides.
