This comfortably furnished, first floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation is all on one level, with air conditioning and fibre internet throughout. Several parking spaces are available for guests staying on the complex, close to the entrance of the apartment. 

The Living accommodation comprises of: 

Stairs lead up from the entrance door on the ground floor to this first floor apartment.

In the hallway is a pleasant office area with desk and chair should you need to catch up on some work during your holiday.

Leading off from the hall is a bright and spacious open plan living/ dining room furnished with an oval wooden dining table with six chairs and two large sofas. There is a Smart TV including many English-speaking channels, and access to the private, furnished terrace with garden and pool views, through patio doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge freezer, double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, espresso coffee machine, plus all the smaller appliances, utensils, and crockery you would expect from a quality self-catering holiday apartment.

There is a laundry room with an ironing board, iron and clothes airer.

The Master bedroom, with patio doors leading out to the furnished terrace, has a double bed and en suite bathroom with overhead shower.

Bedroom Two is a twin room with patio door leading to the furnished terrace and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom three is accessed from the living room and overlooks the front of the complex. This bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has use of a separate shower room.    

Outside area: 

A private terrace overlooking the communal gardens and pool area runs the length of the apartment with access from the living room and two of the three bedrooms. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chair next to a gas barbecue and has two sun loungers for your use. The communal gardens and the swimming pool are well maintained. Two additional sun loungers are provided by the swimming pool for the use of guests staying in this apartment.
