The Living Areas

As you enter the villa through the grand double doors, you are welcomed into a bright entrance hall and spacious living room, with direct access to the garden and swimming pool through patio doors. Remain connected to the high-speed Wi-Fi, watch your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with a selection of English cable channels, including Sky Sports, BBC, and ITV or relax on the comfortable sofas.

Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

The dining area, with access to the exterior dining terrace through patio doors is furnished with a large, oval table and 8 chairs.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a large fridge-freezer with water and ice dispensers, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer and all the crockery and utensils you would expect from a quality self-catering holiday villa.

For additional convenience, there is a separate utility room with all the essentials, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and a wine fridge.

A guest WC is located on the ground floor.

The Bedrooms

A grand staircase leads you from the entrance hall to the first floor, which is entirely dedicated to the master suite. This spacious bedroom features a king size bed and has a TV and desk area. A door takes you out to a spacious private terrace, offering captivating views to the ocean beyond and has access to a additional rooftop terrace with panoramic views. The Master bathroom area has a large, multi-jet, walk-in shower and a large, corner bathtub with jacuzzi jets.

On the ground floor, there are two Queen sized bedrooms and a twin bedroom.

The first Queen-size bedroom features direct access to the poolside terrace through the sliding doors, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a jetted bathtub with overhead shower.

The second Queen-size bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower.

The third twin bedroom can be arranged as a double bedroom and has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower.

Additional Space - to accommodate up to 5 additional people.

This property has the benefit of a lower ground floor, self-contained living space, accessed from either the main entrance hall or garage. This space is perfect for larger family groups with teenagers who would enjoy their own space or families travelling with younger children accompanied by a nanny or other personal staff. This elevated, private, south facing property is totally enclosed with fencing and provides the perfect setting for enjoying the Algarve sunshine. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers located next to the large, optionally heated, swimming pool (approximately 10 x 5 meters). As the sun sets, enjoy an Al Fresco meal around the large outdoor dining table situated under the covered terrace alongside the charcoal or gas barbecue.  For your entertainment a table tennis table is provided.
