4 Bedroom Villa In Quinta Do Lago

A spacious 4-bedroom villa located near the 6th roundabout of the resort of Quinta do Lago, within walking distance to the lake (800m) and to the beach (1.5km). The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the kitchen/diner. Electric entrance gates secure the property which has space for parking multiple cars.

The Living Areas

On the ground floor is a comfortable living room with patio doors opening to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It has a fireplace, a smart TV with Lazer (cable channels) and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler dryer, as well as iron and iron board.

Adjoining the kitchen there is a dining area with table for 6 and patio doors opening out to the covered terrace.

The Bedrooms

The first floor has a pleasant landing area with a siting area, with TV and DVD player. The spacious master bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 4 chairs.

Also on the first floor is the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.There is a small terrace overlooking the pool with a small table and 2 chairs.

There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are doubles, one with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, this bedroom opens to the garden. The second double bedroom has a small TV, this bedroom has access to an adjecent shower room.

Outside areas

There is a covered terrace with sofa seating in front of the living room and a dining table for 8 people.

A couple of steps lead down to the rectangular shaped pool (approximately 5x9 metres).

The shallowest area has 1,6m and the deepest area has 2m depth. The pool can be heated with a supplement. There are sun loungers near the pool.

On the left-hand side there is a gas BBQ area with a pergola.
