The villa is within walking distance to a Lidl supermarket (800m), a small selection of restaurants and the beach of Trafal is 1.4km walk from the property. The weekly gypsy market of Quartiera, held every Wednesday, is also within walking distance of the villa.
The villa is built over 3 levels, is well presented, comfortable and enjoys the benefit of air conditioning in the ground floor and first floor bedrooms. The property is fully enclosed and secure with entrance gates and has a safe.
The ground floor accommodation:
As you enter the property, there is a large set of four sliding glass doors welcoming you out to the lovely pool and garden area.
