3 Bedroom Villa In Vale Do Lobo Close To The Beach

This beautiful three bedroom semi-detached villa with private plunge pool, is located in the heart of the deluxe resort of Vale do Lobo, overlooking the golf course with fabulous views out to the Atlantic Ocean. Vale do Lobo beach and the Praca, with its choice of restaurants and bars are just a short walk from the villa.

The popular resort of Vale do Lobo has two championship golf courses, a tennis centre, gym & spa, mini golf, kids club, a well-stocked supermarket and 24 hour security patrolling the resort.

The property is built over two levels and enjoys the benefit of having Wi- Fi Internet connection, air conditioning and under floor heating fitted throughout. For families with young children, the pool can be gated for extra security.

The Living Areas

The spacious lounge/dining area is furnished with 3 comfortable sofas around a wood burning fireplace. There is a large flat screen TV with International satellite channels, CD and DVD player. The dining table has seating for 6 people. Large patio doors open out to the outside terrace and pool area with fabulous views over the golf course down to the Ocean.

Just off the lounge diner, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, and hob. It also includes a small breakfast island with two stools. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The Bedrooms

The entire first floor is dedicated to the spacious master bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The room can be set up with either twin beds or a double bed. Large patio doors lead to a private terrace, where you can enjoy views of the golf course and the ocean. The terrace is furnished with a sunbed, two chairs, and a small coffee table.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be set up as twins or double rooms. Bedroom 2 has an en suite shower room and bedroom 3 has use of a separate shower room.

Outside Areas

The covered terrace, complete with an outdoor dining table and seating for six, is located next to the plunge pool, which can be gated for safety if young children are in your group. You'll also find a portable charcoal barbecue, along with three sunbeds for your use.
