This recently refurbished villa offers comfortable, fresh, contemporary accommodation over multiple levels to up to 7 people. The property is alarmed and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Underfloor heating is available for the cooler winter months (supplement applies)

Ground floor accommodation

The ground floor of the villa is split over two levels with three steps between them. As you enter the property into the lower ground floor level you are welcomed into the bright dining area furnished with a modern whitewashed wooden table and six chairs.

Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has been refurbished in a bright white with granite worksurfaces and is equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday including a fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a second fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The upper level of the ground floor houses the main living room, with patio doors leading out to one of the private terraces. The living room has been designed in a simple yet luxurious style with a comfortable sofa and two arms chairs. The TV includes a host of international channels including all your favourite UK TV channels and Sky Sports streamed by the reliable Wi-Fi the villa has installed.

One of the four bedrooms is located adjacent to the living room. It is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

First floor accommodation

On the upper levels of the property are three further bedrooms.

A smaller bedroom furnished with a single bed is located on the middle level of the property. This bedroom has use of a nearby shower room.

On the upper level are two further bedrooms, both furnished with twin beds, each with an en suite shower room.

Outside area

You have a choice of three private terraces to choose from. There are terraces at the front and rear of the property, both furnished for dining, and each receiving sun and shade at different times during the day, so you can choose the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your breakfast or evening meal. The rear terrace, which leads off from the living room has a brick built charcoal barbeque for your use. There is also a roof terrace (accessed via an internal staircase leading up from the upper level of the property) where you can sit and appreciate the Ocean views over the roof tops and umbrella pine trees of the village style development around you or relax and read a book on the sun loungers whilst catching some of that glorious Algarve sunshine.

    How to Book your Holiday

    A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.

    The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.

    When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
