These newly renovated, three-bedroom townhouses are situated on a quiet, private condominium with well maintained communal gardens, swimming pools and recreational facilities, just 1 km from the beautiful Praia do Ancão beach, where you will find a selection of popular, international beach restaurants.
Nestled in between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, and only 20 minutes' drive from Faro airport, these townhouses are a perfect location for beach worshippers, golf enthusiasts, nature lovers and foodies.
The 160sq/m property is built over multiple split levels, with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and fibre internet throughout. Private, free parking for one vehicle is provided in front of the individual entrance door.
The Living Areas
As you step inside the entrance hall of your holiday villa, to the right hand side is the bright and modern kitchen, with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality Bosch appliances, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the usual smaller appliances you would expect from a quaility self catering holiday home.
A few steps takes you down to a handy guest wc with shower and then into the main living/dining room.
This open plan room is tastefully decorated and furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, wood burning fireplace and a Smart TV, where you can access your Netflix/ Amazon account, or choose from a selection of international channels provided via a local cable TV provider. There is a large dining table with seating for 8 people. Patio doors open out to a private, south facing, paved garden area.
The Bedrooms
The 3 bedrooms are located on the 3 upper, split levels of the property. All bedrooms are bright and well furnished with modern en-suite bath/shower rooms.
From the entrance level, a short set of stairs takes you up to the 3rd level of the house and Bedroom 1, which is classed as the Master bedroom as it has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Patio doors open out to a private, sunny balcony overlooking the pool and gardens which is furnished with a table a chairs.
Up another short set of stairs to level 4, you come to Bedrooms 2, a twin room with a window overlooking the front of the property and en-suite shower room.
Up the final short set of stairs to level 5 is Bedroom 3, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors opening out to a private, sunny balcony, furnished with table and chairs, overlooking the pool and garden area.
Outside Areas
Each townhouse on this complex has the benefit of its own, south facing, garden area, with table and chairs for dining and a charcoal BBQ. Each private garden has direct access out to the large (4000sq/m) communal, landscaped gardens and swimming pools (main pool and separate children's pool) with convenient poolside changing rooms. There is also a tennis court, volley ball court, small football field, putting green, and recreation area with table tennis which are all available Free of charge to guests saying in these 12 townhouses (equipment ie rackets, balls, clubs etc can be hired - supplement applies).

What is Included in the Holiday Price
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
