The Living Areas

The ground floor of the villa is split over two levels with a few steps between them. As you enter the property into the lower ground floor level you are welcomed into the bright dining area furnished with a modern whitewashed wooden table and six chairs.

Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen. The bright kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday. This includes a fridge freezer with Ice machine, oven, dual fuel hob, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine. There is a washing machine for your use.

The upper level of the ground floor houses the main living room, with patio doors leading out to the larger of the private terraces at the rear of the property. The living room has been designed in a simple yet luxurious style with a comfortable sofa and two arms chairs in front of a wood burning fireplace. The TV includes a host of international channels including all your favourite UK TV channels and Sky Sports streamed by the reliable Wi-Fi the villa has installed.

The Bedrooms

On the upper levels of the property are three further bedrooms, two furnished with twin beds and one with a single bed. These bedrooms share the use of the bathroom on this level.  

One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor, located adjacent to the living room. It is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Outside Area

You have a choice of three private terraces to choose from. There are terraces at the front and rear of the property, both furnished for dining, and each receiving sun and shade at different times during the day, so you can choose the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your breakfast or evening meal. The larger rear terrace, which leads off from the living room has a brick built charcoal barbeque and sink area for your use and comfortable lounge seating. There is also a roof terrace (accessed via an internal staircase leading up from the upper level of the property) where you can sit and appreciate the Ocean views over the roof tops and umbrella pine trees of the village style development around you or relax and read a book on the sun loungers whilst catching some of that glorious Algarve sunshine.
