5 Bedroom Contemporary Villa in The Heart of Vale do Lobo

The villa is built over three floors and benefits from, having an internal lift that accesses all levels, a centralised air conditioning system servicing all rooms, and fibre internet that provides great speeds for the whole family's devices.

Living Areas

The open plan main living space with high ceilings, decorative panelling and central, black spiral staircase is surrounded with floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto an outside terrace furnished for dining or lounging and allow natural light to flood the room.

The lounge area is furnished with a large, comfortable "L" shaped sofa and wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, with a selection of cable channels including UK channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc).

Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area with a sociable circular table and seating for ten people. The modern kitchen with central island has an electric hob with inbuilt extractor, an integrated electric oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all the smaller appliances you would expect from a luxury self-catering holiday home.

The lower of the villa is where you will find the family entertainment space, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, utility room and bedrooms four and five. The utility room is fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The gym is equipped with a set of free weights, bench, weights machine and 2 spinning bikes. After your workout, the adjacent sauna and a Turkish bath are a great way to unwind.

The entertainment space has a table and chairs for family games nights (a wide selection of family board games are provided) there is also a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with comfy sofa seating for movie nights (Don't forget to bring your own log-in credentials to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc). An electronic darts board is provided for your entertainment.

Sleeping Areas

Located on the ground floor are three of the five bedrooms. Bedroom one is the master bedroom with king-size bed, flat screen Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. Full height patio doors open out to the paved outside space.

Bedrooms two and three are both double rooms, each with an en suite shower room. Each of these bedrooms have a set of stairs up to a mezzanine level furnished with a sofa bed (suitable for one small child) and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV. Full height patio doors lead to the paved outside space.

Located on the lower level are bedrooms four and five. Both rooms are twin rooms, each has a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto private, enclosed terraces.

Outside Space

It's all happening on the stunning rooftop terrace of this property, designed to take advantage of the amazing panoramic golf course and ocean views.

The rooftop main swimming pool (heating available) measures approximately 11m x 3m and has a shallow, overspill sunbathing area with sun loungers measuring approximately 5m x 3m.

The sunken dining area adjacent to the swimming pool with gas BBQ is complimented by a fabulous outside kitchen equipped with a small fridge, an ice making machine, induction hob and a food preparation area with sink.

There is pleasant lounging area furnished with comfortable exterior seating and a large parasol, providing the perfect spot to relax with a book or enjoy the delightful sunset with a delicious glass of Portuguese wine.
