Welcome to our comfortable 3 bedroom semi-detached villa located in the popular resort of Vale do Lobo. The property is built over three levels and has been furnished to high standards throughout for 6/8 people. The property benefits from air conditioning, modern appliances, and a private swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the sunny Algarve weather or relaxing in the evenings.

Living Areas

The living area is a great space for relaxation and entertainment featuring comfortable sofas and a large TV with lazer cable channels. Family meals can be enjoyed at the dining table which seats six. Patio doors open directly from the lounge to the poolside terrace, offering easy access to the outdoor spaces.

The modern kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, juicer, coffee machine, and is fully equipeed to cater for up to 6 guests.

The utility room, located on the lower level of the property, is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer, making it easy to take care of laundry during your stay.

The Bedrooms

Two bedrooms of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor

The Master Bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities. It also includes a wall-mounted Smart TV (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy streaming services like Netflix, Amazon, etc.)

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom, and has an en-suite shower room and a TV with Lazer cable channels for your entertainment.

The third Bedroom is located on the lower level

Bedroom 3 is a spacious room furnished with two small double beds, allowing it to possibly accommodate a young family. The room is air conditioned and includes a Smart TV (please bring your own login credentials for streaming services).

Outside Area

The outside space is surrounded with hedging for privacy, and offers areas for the whole family to unwind in a peaceful environment and enjoying the beautiful Algarve weather. The private pool (7m x 3.5m) has steps for easy entry. Around the pool, the large terrace is furnished with six sun loungers. There's also a shady, covered seating area, and a dining table for six, ideal for outdoor meals. A gas barbecue is available for cooking up family meals in the fresh air.
