A beautifully presented three bedroom townhouse that can sleep up to 6 people, in a privileged, ocean front location within the popular resort of Vale do Lobo.

The property is situated in a quiet Cul de Sac within a short walk of the beach and Praca with its choice of International restaurants and nightly live music (from May to October). The communal swimming pool at the Praca is available to visitors (local charges apply)

The family friendly resort of Vale do Lobo has two championship golf courses, a tennis centre, and Spa and fitness centre. There is also a kids club and mini golf to entertain the smaller members of your party.

This delightful holiday villa is built over two levels and has the benefit of air conditioning throughout, a strong Wi-Fi connection and IPTV. Street parking is available nearby (a parking permit is provided for bookings between June and September to avoid parking charges when parked near the property).

The Living Areas

As you enter the villa you are welcomed into the bright, split level dining/ living room.

The lounge area has two comfortable sofas in front of a wood burning fireplace and a large TV with Sky TV channels. The dining area has a table and seating for 6 people.

Next to the dining area is the bright, fully equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A washing machine/ tumble dryer can be found in the utility room.

The Bedrooms

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Master, double bedroom, is located on the ground floor and has a an en-suite bathroom.

Two twin bedrooms are located on the first floor, these have use of a shared bathroom.

Outside Areas

The large, private, south facing terrace, furnished with comfortable outdoor lounge seating, dining table and chairs and sun loungers, has stunning views over Vale do Lobo communal swimming pool to the beach and Ocean. Such a lovely area to relax and enjoy this amazing outlook. A charcoal barbeque is provided for your use.

There is an additional roof terrace with seating to enjoy the fabulous views.
