The Living Areas

The ground floor of the villa is split over two levels with a few steps between them. As you enter the property into the lower ground floor level you are welcomed into the pleasant dining area furnished with a modern whitewashed wooden table and six chairs.

Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday. There is an integrated fridge freezer, oven, dual fuel hob, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine. A washing machine is also provided for your use.  

The upper level of the ground floor houses the main living room, with patio doors leading out to the private terrace. The living room has been designed in a simple yet luxurious style with a comfortable sofa and two arms chairs in front of a wood burning fireplace. The TV includes a host of international channels including all your favourite UK TV channels and Sky Sports streamed by the reliable Wi-Fi the villa has installed.

The Bedrooms

On the upper levels of the property are two further bedrooms. Both bedrooms are twin rooms and share the use of a bathroom.

On the ground floor is one of the three bedrooms, adjacent to the living room. It is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Outside Area

At the rear of the property, accessed from the living room, is the private terrace. This is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs alongside the brick-built barbecue and sink area perfect for Al Fresco meals. The mature Oleander plants assist in providing both privacy and shade from the glorious Algarve sunshine along with the parasol supplied.
