The Living Areas

The main entrance to the property is reached via your private front dining terrace, bordered with colourful Oleander bushes.

The ground floor of the villa is split over two levels with a few steps between them. As you enter the property into the lower ground floor level you are welcomed into the pleasant dining area furnished with a modern whitewashed wooden table and six chairs.

To the left of the entrance door and dining area is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday. There is a fridge freezer, oven, dual fuel hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine provided for your use.  

The upper level of the ground floor houses the main living room, with patio doors leading out to a private, walled terrace, furnished with outdoor lounge seating. The living room has been designed to be simple yet comfortable, with a large sofa and two occasional chairs in front of the TV which has a host of international channels including all your favourite UK TV channels and Sky Sports streamed by the reliable Wi-Fi the villa has installed.

The Bedrooms

One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor adjacent to the living room. It is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

On the upper levels of the property are two further bedrooms. Both bedrooms are twin rooms and share the use of a bathroom.

Outside Area

At the rear of the property, accessed from the living room, is the walled lounging terrace with cushioned seating, perfect for relaxing with a book or conversing after dinner with a glass of Portuguese wine. The front terrace is furnished for dining with a table and 6 chairs alongside the brick-built barbecue perfect for Al Fresco meals at any time of day or during the evening. There is a third, smaller terrace on the first floor.
