The Living Areas
You'll find a large living room that leads into a dining area, offering plenty of space for family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and espresso coffee machine. There's also a guest WC conveniently located on the ground floor. Additional features include Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and Air Conditioning throughout the villa.
The Bedrooms
On the ground floor, off the living and dining area, are two guest twin bedrooms. These rooms share a bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
On the first floor, the master bedroom offers a larger space with its own private terrace. The master suite includes an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a bathtub.
The Outside Area
Our villa features a private terrace that is accessible from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The terrace includes a plunge pool and a Gas BBQ area, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining. The property is ideal for families and children, and for larger groups, nearby properties are available to rent.

What is Included in the Holiday Price

- Pre arrival clean - if maid service is required during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional charge
- For bookings over 7 nights a linen and towel change will be provided every 5 nights
- All bed linen, bath and hand towels
- Support of the Rent Villas Algarve team
Pool heating is available at a supplement of £350 per week.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
