Welcome to our spacious five-bedroom, five-bathroom luxury villa located in the Varandas do Lago development, situated in between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. With Fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private pool, as well as table tennis and a pool table, it is the perfect base for families or groups of friends.

 

 

A modern villa with 5 bedrooms, centrally located in Varandas do Lago, a development of private villas, strategically positioned in between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. This holiday home features its own private pool (heating available) and has a selection of international restaurants, bars, and shops just a short drive away. The stunning "Praia do Ancão" and Praia do Garrão" beaches, with their beach restaurants, are conveniently located approximately 2km from the accommodation. 

This villa is built over two levels and boasts air conditioning and Fibre Wi-Fi throughout, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay for guests. Additionally, the villa provides secure private parking.

The Living Areas

A spacious living room, with two sets of patio doors that connect to the poolside terrace. Furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV complemented by a DVD player, and a SONOS surround sound system, this cozy space also provides a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV, and Sky channels.

Conveniently located in between the kitchen and the living room is a separate air-conditioned dining room with large table and 6 chairs for a comfortable dining experiences.

Nestled alongside the dining room is a cosy TV room with access to the outside terrace. 

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a hob with a built-in extractor, dual ovens, microwave, and various kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, and freezer. A highlight of the kitchen is its dedicated breakfast bar/island, complete with a separate drinks area, wine cooler, and fridge freezer.

On the lower level of the villa, guests will find a garage hosting a table tennis table, a utility room housing the washing machine and dryer, and a delightful games room featuring a pool table, desk area, and a separate TV/cinema room boasting a large 70" TV and an extensive surround sound system.

The Bedrooms

Bedrooms one and two are conveniently situated on the ground floor of the villa for easy access.

Bedroom one features a comfortable double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters and boasts an en suite shower room.

Bedroom two offers a spacious double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters and also includes an en suite shower room.

The other three bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor.

Bedroom three is equipped with twin beds, has an en suite shower room and is complete with access to a private terrace.

Bedroom four, is the luxurious master suite, furnished with a king-sized double bed measuring 2.10 x 2.00 meters, and en suite bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower unit. Patio doors lead to a generously sized private terrace.

Bedroom five presents a cozy double room boasting a bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters with en suite shower room. Patio doors opening onto a private terrace. 

Outside Areas

The swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 meters, features entry steps and depths of 2.10 meters at the deep end and 1.00 meters at the shallow end. For added safety, the pool can be equipped with safety fencing for a weekly supplemental charge. Additionally, pool heating is available for an extra fee.

Adjacent to the poolside terrace, the outdoor dining area showcases a dining table and chairs, along with an integrated gas BBQ complete with a food preparation area. In addition, plenty of quality sunloungers, comfortable lounge seating and parasols are provided.

    How to Book your Holiday

    A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.

    The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.

    When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
