The Living Areas

From the entrance hall you enter the large, bright living area with L shaped sofas and wood burning fireplace, there is a Smart TV, where you can access your Netflix account whilst on holiday as well as having the Lazer cable TV channels including many English speaking channels provided. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 people. Three sets of patio doors lead you out to the covered terrace, pool, and gardens.

Leading off from the living room is a small office room with desk.

Adjoining the living area is the well-equipped, stylish kitchen including large American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, additional wine cooler, dishwasher, 6 ring gas hob, large oven, microwave, and integrated coffee machine. Patio doors open out to a covered terrace with a recently fitted gas BBQ and dining table with seating for 8 people, overlooking the pool and garden area.

There is a separate laundry room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the basement.

The Bedrooms

Situated on the ground floor are two of the four bedrooms. Both bedrooms are twins with en-suite shower rooms.

The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The Master double bedroom and ensuite have both recently been refurbished. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower and separate bath. Patio doors open out from the bedroom to a large private terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. 

Bedroom two is a twin room with a small private terrace overlooking the front of the property and en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle.

Outside Areas

The covered terraced is furnished with comfortable outdoor lounge furniture alongside the dining and BBQ area. Sun loungers are provided around the large pool which can be heated (supplement applies) and separate children pool. The landscaped garden with lawns has fabulous uninterrupted golf course views.
