The Cosmopolitan, purpose-built, leisure resort of Vilamoura offers accommodation to suit all tastes. With luxury hotels, privately owned villas and apartments on and around the golf courses and a wide range of hotels and apartments near the 1000 berth marina.
Vilamoura is a fantastic choice for the whole family. Golfers have a choice of six top class courses within the resort, offering championship quality. The Marina is surrounded by a huge array of restaurants, shops and bars, a great place to sit and people watch. Two beaches situated either side of the marina provide plenty of space for families and watersports for the more adventurous amoung us. Vilamoura also houses one of the three casinos in the Algarve with nightly shows.
The neighbouring town of Quarteira is within walking distance from the marina and offers visitors the chance to see how the locals live, with its busy Fresh fish market and local fruit and veg market and local shops and restaurants. There is also a bus station here for those that like to travel further afield.
