The apartment is located on the seventh floor of the building, with access via a lift. Accommodation is all on one level. Air conditioning is provided in the living room and bedroom. High speed fibre Wi-Fi and Cable TV channels are included. Parking for one car is available in the secure underground parking area.

The Living accommodation comprises of:

An open plan living/ dining room with access to a large private balcony with fabulous views to the Ocean.

The lounge area is furnished with two comfortable sofas (one of which is a sofa bed that can accommodate the 3rd person if required) and a 50 inch Smart TV where you can access a selection of international channels or connect to your Netflix or Amazon account.

The dining area has a table and four chairs.

The modern, white kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for a self catering holiday, including a fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, krups espresso coffee machine, and all the smaller appliances, utensils, and crockery you would expect. Patio doors lead out to the large balcony with panoramic ocean views.

The sleeping accommodation consists of:

One double bedroom, comfortably furnished with a large bed (200cm x 160 cm) and plenty of storage. 

There is a lovely, refurbished bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower. 

Outside area:

The apartment has a large, South facing, covered terrace that is accessed from the living room and kitchen, which benefits from fabulous panoramic views to the ocean, just 750 meters away. The terrace is furnished with lounge chairs and a dining table for al fresco meals. A charcoal portable barbecue is provided for your use.
