The accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan living / dining room furnished with comfortable sofas, TV including many international channels, dining table and chairs for 6 people, and triple patio doors leading out to the private covered terrace with pool and garden views. .

The adjacent, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and two coffee machines (fliter and espresso) as well as all the small appliances and utensils you will need for a self catering holiday.

Sleeping accommodation

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out to the private terrace overlooking the pool area.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom. There is an adjacent separate shower room.

Outside Space

The apartment features a large private terrace which is partially covered and furnished with a dining table and chairs and sun loungers.

Within the communal area is the large swimming pool with section for children, decking around the pool area, landscaped gardens and a children's play area.
