The Living Areas

The living area is comfortably furnished with large patio doors that let in plenty of natural light. It includes a chaise lounge sofa and a flat-screen Internet Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Apple TV etc (guests can log in using their own account). For stays during the cooler months there is a wood-burning fire available.

The kitchen and dining area is an open plan, airy space, with seating for up to eight people. Three sets of patio doors open on to the front terrace, where you'll find a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the peaceful ocean views.

The kitchen area is well equipped with quality appliances and everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including a large central island, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a pantry with a fridge-freezer accessible via an additional door in the corridor.

Further down the hallway, you will find the utility room, which is fitted with a washing machine.

The Bedrooms

All three bedrooms are located along the hallway.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a super king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and large patio doors overlooking the garden and ocean views. There is a spacious ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a stand-alone bath.

Bedroom 2 can be made to accommodate two singles beds or a large double bed. This bedroom also has a large patio door overlooking the garden and ocean views. This bedroom has access to a shared shower room in the hallway, equipped with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 can also be made to accommodate two singles beds or a large double bed. This bedroom shares access to the shower room with bedroom number 2.

Outside Space

Outside, friends and family can relax in the sun on spacious terraces or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

Leading from the kitchen patio doors, there is a covered terrace area, offering shelter from the sun, complete with a table and chairs for up to six people.

The BBQ area includes a charcoal grill, a sink, a table with seating for six, and a cosy cushioned seating area.

The plunge pool features steps for easy access and a built-in bench seating area, perfect for relaxing in the water.

There is space to park up to four cars at the property. The owner has accommodation at the rear of the property which is separate from the villa. The driveway is shared with the owner.
