What is the process for booking my holiday with you?

To secure your booking, a 25% deposit of the total holiday price is required. Once the deposit is paid, we will send you a booking confirmation along with a request for your full details and travel information.

The remaining balance, plus either a refundable damage deposit or an Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW), is due 10 weeks before your travel date. Our rental properties are covered by either a non-refundable ADW charge or a refundable damage deposit. For more details, please refer to our booking conditions. We'll also send you a reminder when the balance payment is approaching.

Upon receiving the balance payment, we will send you the directions to the property and detailed arrival instructions.

 

What is included in the holiday price?

This varies from property to property. A detailed description and list  can be found on each property's page on our website.

Generally, the following are included:

  • Air conditioning, if your property is fitted with this
  • WiFi
  • Maid service (generally included; please check your property details)
  • All bed linen, bath, and hand towels
  • Support from the Rent Villas Algarve team 

 

Can you help with airport transfers?

We can help you with airport transfers and other services you may need / want during your stay. Prior to your arrival, we'll reach out to discuss any additional services, making sure everything is ready for when you arrive.

Do you allow flexible arrival / changeover days?

We aim to be as flexible as possible when dealing with any enquiries you may have on our properties.

We understand that with fluctuating flight prices it may be benificial for you to arrive on a different day of the week or stay for varied periods of time.

Please ask and we will do our best to meet your individual requirements.

 

How do I check in and out?

Check-in times are usually from 4pm and check-out is typically by 10am. We will email you detailed arrival instructions closer to your arrival date. Before your departure, you'll receive another email with check-out information.
