How To Book Your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
What is included in the Holiday Price?
- Air conditioning if your property is fitted with this
- WiFi
- Maid service is generally included, please check re your property choice
- All bed linen, bath and hand towels
- Support of the Rent Villas Algarve team

Do you allow flexible arrival/changeover days?
We aim to be as flexible as possible when dealing with any enquiries you may have on our properties.
We understand that with fluctuating flight prices it may be benificial for you to arrive on a different day of the week or stay for varied periods of time.
Please ask and we will do our best to meet your individual requirements.
