A small private complex ideally situated on a quiet road close to Praia da Oura in Albufeira. The award-winning blue flag beach at Santa Eulalia and golden sandy beach of Praia da Oura are both just a short walk away, and offer water sports such as water skiing, pedal boats and restaurants and bars. Also within easy walking distance is 'The Strip', where there is a fabulous choice of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. The location is ideal for anyone looking for great nightlife without being in the middle of the action.
The complex set over three floors offers a large outdoor pool (18m x 7m) and a separate children's pool, all surrounded by a terrace and grass area to relax in. The complex is fully enclosed with automatic gates.
This, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, is located on the second floor. It is extremely well equipped and is modern and brightly furnished. The apartment is air conditioned throughout has Fibre Wi-Fi and features a large private roof top terrace.
The Living Areas
The open plan living area is spacious and comfortably furnished. The lounge space has two comfortable sofas, a TV including many English-speaking channels and DVD player. Fast Fibre Wi-Fi.There is a dining table with six chairs.
The modern kitchen area is very well equipped with all you will need during for your self-catering holiday, including a further table and chairs, an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and filter coffee machine. Patio doors open out to a small balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool area and the ocean.
An additional door in the living area takes you out to a fabulous, large, roof top terrace which boasts great views out across the complex pool and gardens to the ocean beyond. This area is for the private use of this apartment and is furnished with a brick-built barbeque, table and chairs and sun beds.
The Bedrooms
The master bedroom is a double room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening to a stand on balcony overlooking the gardens at the front of the complex. The modern en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
Bedroom two is a twin with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the gardens and the front of the complex.
There is a second bathroom located in the hallway, adjacent to bedroom two, with a bath and overhead shower.

There is the option of renting Apt R in this complex as well
which is located next to this apartment and offers the same
accommodation, ideal for larger parties and extended families
wanting to be near each other yet with their own space.
There are no lifts in this complex.

What is Included in the Holiday Price
PLEASE NOTE: In May 2024 Albufeira introduced a Tourist tax payable between 1st April and 31st October. The tax is applicable to visitors of 13 years of age and over and is charged at 2 euros per person for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This Tax will be collected before your arrival via a secure payment link we will send to you.
How to Book your Holiday
A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.
The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.
When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.

My wife and I spent 10 days in August with our 2
granddaughters (9 and 11) at Sao Vicente apartments and couldn't
have been happier with our choice of accommodation. The apartment
is superbly located for all local amenities, within walking
distance to most. The apartment itself is a real home from home,
fantastically equipped with everything needed for short or long
stays. The complex is quiet, clean and well kept with a communal
pool, which even in the height of summer was never crowded and with
ample sunbeds. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning
or recommending the property which we felt was also very good value
for money for peak season. The team at Rent Villas were
knowledgeable and attentive throughout the booking process and
during our stay. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely
return at some point in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay - the apartment is so well equipped with every kitchen utensil you could ever need, and basics (salt, pepper, coffee etc) on arrival. All cleaning products also provided plus extensive first aid kit. Loads of storage and hangers in both bedrooms and every detail thought of to make the apartment so homely and comfy. The TV even has Netflix which was a great bonus for evenings in. Aircon was great! The apartment was much bigger than we imagined and the huge roof terrace was perfect for our baby to play safely on. We loved cooking on the BBQ and eating our meals outside. The pool was quiet with enough sunbeds and stands for umbrellas (apartment had 2 plus lots of beach/pool toys that our baby loved). Nearest supermarket only 5 ish mins walk away and a short enough walk to Oura beach with lots of choice for food or beer stops on the way. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay for our first trip away with a baby - despite the lack of a lift!! Thanks again

Just had a fantastic holiday in the Algarve booked with Rent Villas Algarve. From first booking enquiry to end of holiday everything was handled very professionally by Sharon and Carol. All questions and emails were replied to very promptly. No problem in awarding them a 5 star rating and recommending them to friends and family if they wish to holiday in the Algarve next year.
The apartment was great, everything you need for a self catering holiday. Lovely big roof terrace and very spacious. Nice peaceful area with enough bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away for a night out. The main strip is a 10 min walk if you want more night life. The communication was spot on and professional from start to finish and Sharon and Carol were very helpful. Would definitely book again.
This apartment was amazing, it was really big and myself husband and two teenagers had plenty of room, we especially loved the massive roof terrace, the swimming pool was lovely and well kept, the apartment is close to lots of bars/shops/restaurants and the beach is only a 15 minute walk, Sharon was brilliant from start to finish, nothing was any trouble and David was also very helpful, we would love to return to this apartment in the future.
The apartment is within 150 yards of a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy. All very convenient for our family of three children under 10. We visited the Santa Eulália beach, 15 minute walk for us (bit of a hill down but manageable on the way back). This is a lovely beach for families with plenty of facilities. The Old Town is just over two miles away, - lovely area - so we used tuk tuks to travel, which were easily accessible. The apartment was modern, clean, very well maintained and spacious with balcony and terrace areas offering us privacy and lovely views. The shared pool was fantastic for the children with plenty of space for everyone. The owners where extremely helpful and easily contactable offering lots of advise and services for our stay - even a welcome food hamper and airport transfers. Brilliant and we certainly plan to be back!
We stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks in April this year,well what can I say,the apartment is so well equipped, there is everything in it that you could possibly want for a self-catering holiday,there is a beautiful roof top bathing area with loungers and a big BBQ,and wonderful views. We were met by a very nice gentleman called David who told us everything we needed to know,and then there was Sharon and Carol who was on hand if there was anything else you needed.Very pofessional people. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.
Just back from another great week in this apartment. Quiet location but five minutes from bars, Supermarket and a great choice of restaurants. Apartment is lovely, well equipped and has a big sun terrace with sea views. Easy to book and Carol, Sharon and the team are very efficient. Thanks again can't wait to come back.
This apartment is well appointed and is in a nice location for visits to bars and restaurants and has easy street parking. The view from the apartment is great with nice ocean views and wonderful sun rises. The deck is immense and has a BBQ, chairs and loungers. The living room has nice sofas anda large TV, the kitchen is well appointed. It was nice having two bathrooms. The bed were comfortable with nice linens. There were ample towels We did have some problems with the heat as it seems the unit in the living room needs to be replaced. We contacted the renting agent and she was very response sending over both a technican and the manager. They could not fix the unit but brought some excellent space heaters, which made the apartment warm. The hot water heater decided to quit and again we called the rental agency and they sent a person over . It was a simple fix but we of course did not have hot water for one morning. All in all it is great place to rent, although I do think in winter time they should make sure to have the space heaters as we could never get the wall units to work properly for heat.
