A beautifully presented, five bedroom villa that has recently had a complete refurbishment. This modern property is situated within the deluxe resort of Encosta do Lago in Quinta do Lago, just 750m walking distance from the lake where you can partake in a host of water sports/ activities or dine in one of the two lakeside restaurants.

This is a great location for nature lovers, cyclists, and walkers due to the close proximity of the Ria Formosa Nature reserve.

Guests staying in this property, have use of the nearby communal facilities of Encosta do Lago, including the communal pool, tennis courts, gym, sauna, spa and restaurant.

The property is built over three levels and has the benefit of air conditioning and wireless internet throughout. Underfloor heating is available throughout for the winter months (supplement required)

The Living Areas

A spacious living room, flooding with natural light from the four sets of patio doors that open out to the covered terrace, pool and garden. The living area is furnished with two comfortable seating areas, has a wood burning fireplace and TV with many International and UK channels including Sky Sports.

Leading off from the living room is a beautiful dining room with a large table and seating for 10 people.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining room and includes a large American style fridge freezer (with water and ice dispenser), dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, espresso and filter coffee machines, juicer, and toasted sandwich maker, along with all the utensils and equipment required for a self-catering villa holiday.

Please note, there is a utility room located in the basement with a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests use. The basement also houses a guest WC and an extra fridge and freezer for your use.

There is an additional guest WC on this floor.

The Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms on the first floor:

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Patio doors open to a private terrace with fabulous views over the pool, garden, and resort from its elevated position. Two sun loungers and a parasol furnish this terrace.

Bedroom two is a twin room with en-suite bathroom including a bath with overhead shower. Full length windows open to a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and garden.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor:

One bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. Two sets of patio doors open out to the pool and garden area.

Two twin bedrooms - one with an en-suite bathroom and one with an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out to the pool/garden area.

Outside areas

The large pool, measuring 9m x 4m (pool heating available at a supplement) is surrounded by paving and a beautifully landscaped garden. The pool side is furnished with quality sun loungers and comfortable seating. The covered terrace has a large dining table with seating for 10 people perfect for Al Fresco dining. There is a table tennis table and gas barbeque for your use.
