A luxury 5 bedroom villa that can sleep up to 10 people, in a convenient location within the deluxe resort of Quinta do Lago. The property is a 20 minute walk to Quinta do Lago Lake and a 30 Minute walk to the beach, Praia da Quinta do Lago.

The exclusive resort of Quinta do Lago offers a host of sports facilities, including water sports at the nearby lake, where there is also a manmade beach and two popular lakeside restaurants, Casa do Lago and The Shack.

The resort includes five championship golf courses, horse riding, tennis centres and the newest addition "The Campus" a high-performance sports centre for athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities.

The resort boasts the most fabulous beaches sitting alongside the stunning Ria Formosa Nature reserve, popular with nature lovers, walkers, cyclists. There is a host of International restaurants scattered around the resort and the beaches.

This traditional villa has an opulent design style, with some fantastic pieces of art displayed throughout. The property has air conditioning and Wi-Fi and is built over three levels. Parking for multiple cars is available on the gated driveway in front of the property.

The Living Areas

As you enter the villa you are welcomed into a grand entrance hall with attractive curved staircase up to the first floor.

The main living/ dining room is spacious and provides comfortable seating areas, a wood burning fireplace and a large dining table with seating for 10 people. Patio doors from the dining and seating areas take you out to a beautiful, covered terrace furnished with exterior lounge seating.

There is a separate TV room and office room, with more comfortable sofas, a large TV with a Lazer cable TV including a selection of International channels, a large desk and bookshelf, full to the brim of reading material for you to indulge in during your stay.

Next to the dining area is a spacious kitchen diner, fully equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering villa holiday, including an American style fridge freezer, large gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, expresso coffee maker and juicer. The large wooden breakfast table has seating for 8 people.

There is a utility room including a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a guest WC and shower room located on this floor.

The lower ground floor has the large games/TV room, with pool table, football table and comfortable seating area infront of a large TV with DVD player.

The Bedrooms

The first floor has three bedrooms. The Master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom, and patio doors out to a terrace. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bath/shower rooms and patio doors out to terraces.

The ground floor has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are twins and have an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors open out to a terrace/garden.

Outside Areas

The well-established gardens with mature palm trees and shrubs provide both privacy and the perfect backdrop to the beautiful exterior space of this villa. To one side of the property is a huge lawned area with numerous pine trees, an ideal shaded space for children to play. The other side of the villa is where the swimming pool and outside entertainment areas are found.

The large pool (15m x 6 m) with stunning waterfall feature and adjacent jacuzzi can be heated (supplement applies). The covered terraces around the house and pool area are tiled and decorated with ornate pot plants and quality exterior furniture, including sun loungers, two large tables and chairs plus lounge furniture.

Exterior lamps and garden lighting provide a beautiful ambiance during the evenings. A brick-built charcoal, and gas, barbecues are provided for your use.

Please note - Young children should be supervised around the unfenced fishpond in the garden area.
